SOLD!!!!!

Okay, so you probably figured out from the last post that our house sold. We shampooed carpets on Friday and then went to Boise for the weekend to visit Scott's brother. While we were there our realtor called and asked if she could show the house, even though it wasn't all put together. We agreed, but those people ended up buying another house. So, we listed it on Monday, had 1 showing on Monday night, and 3 viewings of it on Tuesday, and received an offer on Tuesday night. The offer was a bit low, so we countered, he then counter-countered, and finally we counter-counter-countered, and last night we both signed a mutual acceptance agreement. So, our house is officially under contract now. We close on June 20 (he still has a lease, and we don't really want to be in an apartment for very long). Anyway, although it was a stressful couple of days, with lots of people in and out of our house (and us having to keep it emmaculate) we are done with that process and are VERY grateful that it went quickly. I'll post pics from our trip soon (maybe tomorrow or Saturday).

YEA!! Congratulations! I wish it was that easy over here! There are so many houses on the market, and with all the layoffs at Micron and other places, it is crazy! Anyway it must feel nice to have it sold! And thanks for playing the tag game, it is wierd, but kinda fun :)

yeah, it usually isn't so easy here. The everage number of days on the market here is like 80. I guess we just lucked out, or rather, we were blessed, very very blessed.
