Hair

We took the girls in to get their hair cut last week. I was ready for a change for them. Scott was NOT convinced that they should go short, but we did it anyway. I am so glad I did! Especially on Morgan. She HATED ponytails or anything, so this is MUCH easier. I miss Cerise's hair a little bit, but she loves it, so I love it too.

The only before shot I could find that showed the length:
And, After. I miss some of the fancier hairdo's we could do before, but she keeps saying "I look so much more like myself with my hair short!" Whatever that means :)

Morgan's Before. Now that I look at it, I realize just how bad it looked :(

And, After. I LOVE it! It is exactly what I pictured for her and it is totally comb and go, which we both love!

My, How Time Flies!

Tyson is ONE!!! How did that happen? I can't believe that he's been in our lives for a whole year, and at the same time, I can't believe that he's ONLY been in our lives for a year! We had a pretty relaxed day. He was super cranky, as he's working un cutting a few more teeth, so we just hung out and then that evening, Grandma came over for pizza, cake, and presents. He got a fun animal train from Grandma that he LOVES to chase, and a sand and water table from us. He isn't so much a fan of sand, but he would LIVE in the water if we'd let him. In fact, he ditched the table and just wanted to play with the hose while the girls played at the table. He was NOT impressed with the cake. He just kept trying to shake the frosting off his fingers, so no adorabel messy cake pics. He barely even needed a bath! Happy Birthday Bubb! We Love You!!!

T-Ball

We signed Cerise up for T-Ball through the city. She had her first game this past week. She was SOOOOOO cute!

A conversation with Morgan after church on Mother's Day (during which the men taught Primary)

Me: So, what did you learn about in Primary today?

Morgan: Nothing.

Me: You didn't talk about anything?

Morgan: No! The daddy's were our teachers! (as she rolls her eyes)

Me: Well, did they teach you anything?

Morgan: Yes. They sayed "don't color the middle of the basket"

It was apparently a very inspirational lesson :)
